2020: The automation system presentation in the field of subsurface use

On January 14, 2020 the InnoSTage group presented the automation system in the field of subsurface use created for the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of RT. The project is developed in partnership with ICL group.

A system automates key business processes on issue of licenses by department and control of terms of actions of license agreements. During process the database on the granted licenses, orders and supplementary agreements forms.

Implementation of digital services is aimed at improvement of quality of life of the population, in particular, in respect of speed and convenience of receiving necessary public services. A task which faces department — not simply to transfer analog services to a digital form, and to create digital space in the field of ecology. A system on automation of issue of licenses to subsoil users is one of stages of this lot of work. A system will allow to minimize the risks connected with paper document flow, and collected data on the rendered services and the granted licenses in the long term can be used in digital monitoring of the environment, commented the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of RT Alexander Shadrikov

Development and deployment of similar projects become the industry, main for digital transformation. Automation at this stage already provides fall forward of rendering services, their transparency, quality of control and also an opportunity to receive analytics about activity of department.
