In "the Belarusian Industrial Bank" the second stage of the project of automation of corporate electronic document management based on the system Case developed by Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company started. The project conducts RUP "Center of Electronic Document Management" of BGU (Minsk).
Within the first stage of the project which was implemented in December, 2009 – January, 2010 traditional (paper) office-work of central office of Bank was automated.
Transition from the journal registration form to automated was as a result implemented that provided convenient and quick search of information on documents; operating control of execution of instructions according to documents; program formation of registers of document transfer, magazines of registration of the entering, outgoing correspondence, internal documents and an automatic overprint of envelopes.
During the second stage it is going to automate jobs of heads of all levels of central office of Bank. At the expense of it it is supposed to accelerate passing of documents, using electronic technologies of mailing of documents and resolutions. Besides, there will be a possibility of quick access in the distributed regime of all participants of process to documents according to their powers and also effective control of performing discipline at all levels will be adjusted.
