2023: Sale of the company to the "GamePark" structure
As TAdviser found out in August 2023, 1C sold the company Clean Soft Center LLC, a legal entity of the 1C Interest multimedia store chain. 1C confirmed the deal, telling TAdviser that the company was sold to the GamePark structure, one of the leaders in the domestic entertainment market. GamePark was founded in 1996 and specializes in sales of video games, comics and souvenirs.
According to the database of legal entities Kontur.Fokus, "the authorized capital of Clean Soft Center is now 100% owned by an individual Ilya Petrushov, co-owner of KomTradeHolding, a legal entity representing GamePark. He is also listed as the general director of this company.
Ilya Petrushov owns a share of 49% of the authorized capital of KomTradeHolding, and Anatoly Galimsky is his partner in this business with a share of 51% of the authorized capital.
The 1C Interest chain of stores sells video games, gifts, books, comics, board games, software, accessories, movies, music, etc. It has "almost everything that geeks, gamers and all fans of modern culture are interested in."

According to the database "Kontur. Focus," in 2023 Ilya Petrushov with different partners created new legal entities in several regions. All of them have the main activity indicated retail trade in computers, peripherals to them and software in specialized stores.
The 1C Interest chain of stores has been declining in recent years. So, as of 2015, it numbered 42 stores in 22 cities of Russia and an online store. Then the network presented more than 10 thousand titles of games, gifts and souvenirs, as well as software, cinema and music. As of 2023, the 1C of Interest website indicates that it has 14 stores in 8 cities of Russia and an online store that offer more than 20 thousand items of goods.
At the same time, Pure Software Center is larger in revenue than KomTradeHolding: in 2022, the company's turnover amounted to about 880 million rubles against 166.6 million rubles from KomTradeHolding.
At the same time, both companies experienced a decrease in revenue, but Net Software Center ended the year with a net loss of about 2.2 million rubles, and KomTradeHolding - with a net profit of about 14.5 million rubles.
