ASX Service increases transparency of accounting of spare parts

The service company "ASX Service" completed the project of automation based on the software product "BIT: Management of car service 8", (BIT) developed by 1C: Accounting and Trade company.

The ASX service technical center executes all types of metalwork and body works for cars of the brands Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz.

Earlier for accounting and accounting of service transactions a system on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform was used. Further transition to the new version of the platform was executed. Thus, the company the solution also on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which would allow to automate accounting according to industry specifics of activity was required.

Using the selected solution the following sections of accounting of work of car service are automated: accounting of spare parts, control of all movements of spare parts with a history record of movements and responsible persons; registration at the address of the client of the document "Order" using which all documents on spare parts are processed; settlement with customers; calculation of development of employees for the amount of the performed works taking into account tariffing.

Within the project data exchange with the 1C: Trade Management 8 system was configured that allowed to create a single system for solving of tasks of an accounting, inventory control, conducting settlement and a time recording of employees. As a result of automation the efficiency of an inventory control and work of accounting increased, accounting of a worked time became simpler.
