2020: Plans for building and implementation of SAM processes

On January 17, 2020 it became known that Aeroflot selected SoftwareONE for carrying out internal audit and development of documentation for processes on accounting and management of program assets (Software Asset Management; SAM).

It is the first stage of the project of optimization of the SAM processes existing in airline: accounting of the software, its input in operation, use, control of licenses and so forth.

SoftwareONE will book audit to systematize and build processes of accounting of program assets. The contractor should solve a number of key problems for Aeroflot: keep track of timeliness of purchases and prolongation of licenses for the used software, most effectively to use current licenses, to minimize risk of use of the software without due license. As a result of SoftwareONE will prepare the ready business process model which is specially developed for Aeroflot on accounting and management of program assets.

2019: The first stage of audit of software

At the end of 2019 specialists of SoftwareONE completed the first stage of the project on audit and prepared the report with recommendations[1].
