2020: Development of an intelligent system for submission of requests for housing and communal services and trackings of the status of their execution

On January 20, 2020 the Ruselectronics holding announced State Corporation Rostec development of the automated intelligent system which allows to give online of the request for housing and communal services using special mobile application and in real time to keep track of the status of accomplishment of addresses, to estimate quality of the provided services and to receive a feedback from responsible persons.

The system created by the Chelyabinsk radio plant Flight (enters into Vega concern of Ruselectronics holding), functions in the round-the-clock mode and can integrate several online services allowing locals to submit applications for cleaning of territories, repair of communications, elimination of accidents and other emergencies at once. Also users in real time will be able to see information on load of services housing and public utilities and to choose the best moment for submission of addresses.

All requests collected using an intelligent system come to the dispatching center where in the automatic mode moderation and distribution is carried out them that provides efficiency and synchronism of interaction of all city services. A system independently creates recommendations for managers and also statistics of work of municipal services, including use of special equipment. Contractors keep in contact with the center of monitoring also by means of mobile application and direct the photoreport on a measure of working off of the request.

The pilot project on system implementation started in the city of Kyshtym of Chelyabinsk region.

The problem of a pilot project – to make interaction of municipal services and citizens simple and convenient, a main objective of any projects of "The smart city" is creation of the cost-efficient, comfortable and safe environment focused on needs of citizens. After approbation of our management system in the field of housing and public utilities in Kyshtym its implementation in other municipalities of South Ural is planned, – Alexander Nesterov noted, the CEO of ChRZ "Weeds"

Use of the intellectual platform will provide more effective management of housing and communal services, will increase efficiency of acceptance of management decisions, will allow to eliminate violations in work of management companies and condominium, will help to fulfill quicker citizens' appeals and to synchronize work of all services on urban governance.
