2019: Implementation of Smart IDReader

Service of legal aid Pravokard implemented the sensing technology of the documents Smart IDReader developed by Smart Engines company. The developer reported about it on January 21, 2020. On its base the technical solution allowing to process the entering flow of the different client documents necessary for preparation of standard forms of statements in the state departments is implemented.

PRAVOKARD group specializes in the legal and financial and consulting aid to clients by the principle of annual subscription service. At this form of work lawyers of the company provide the legal services with fixed cost including connected with settlement of tax and financial disputes.

The implemented server solution based on Smart IDReader allows to recognize automatically data of the Russian passport, the reference on form 2-NDFL, the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account and a TIN which are necessary for preparation of documents on tax deductions and also different forms of the statements and declarations submitted to tax and regulatory authorities.

In the course of rendering service clients of the company load on processing of the photo or the scanned copies of documents. After check by the manager of PRAVOKARD the recognized data are entered in the corresponding fields of the filled forms of statements. Thanks to the used algorithms not only the entry procedure of data, but also at the expense of the high accuracy of recognition accelerates, the quantity of errors which are possible at manual entry decreases.
