Biography

Alexey Overchuk was born in 1964.

Graduated from the Moscow agricultural academy of K.A. Timiryazev in "economic cybernetics". Candidate of Economic Sciences.

From 1986 to 1993 was engaged in scientific work in the Moscow agricultural academy of K.A. Timiryazev.

From 1993 to 2007 substituted positions of the chief specialist, the deputy head of department, the head of department, the deputy manager of service, the agency in bodies of the state cadastral registration of the real estate where dealt with issues of the state cadastral real estate appraisal, land management, information analytics and international relations and also state registration of the rights to the real estate. In 2004-2006 the Federal agency of the inventory of a real estate was headed by Mikhail Mishustin.

From 2000 to 2007 it was elected the member of bureau and the vice-chairman of the working group on management of land resources of UNECE.

From 2007 to 2008 also worked under the leadership of Mikhail Mishustin as the deputy manager of the Federal agency on management of special economic zones where coordinated works on attracting investors.

From 2008 to October, 2010 held executive positions in group of investment companies "Yu-ef-dzhi Esst Management" (UFG, OFG Invest) which president was Mishustin.

From October, 2010 to March, 2011 worked as Mishustin's adviser in the Federal Tax Service, and from March, 2011 to January, 2020 - his deputy in FTS.

2020: Appointment as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation

On January 21, 2020 Alexey Overchuk became the deputy of Mikhail Mishustin appointed several days before the Russian Prime Minister again.

In December, 2020 the prime minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin approved redistribution of coordination of work of joint-stock companies with the state participation between the deputies.
