In January, 2020 it became known of start in Russia of service for assessment of motivation of staff of HR Code. It was developed in the Social Code company founded by programmers from Yekaterinburg.

HR Code defines the factors motivating people to good work and also helps to cope with errors of employees and to effectively encourage them.

According to the results of testing of the worker the program issues motivation of the worker: money, respect, career development or something else. A system offers an award for good work — salary increase, free training, the place on an honor roll and so on. She selects also possible punishment, such as deprivation of an award or routine tasks.

HR Code developers give four main steps which it is necessary to execute the companies to learn motivation of a command:

  • Be registered in service.
  • Enter e-mails of employees.
  • Wait until they pass test.
  • Look at results in a personal account.

In "The social code" say that after building of a system of motivation of the director will be able to increase productivity of work by a quarter that is confirmed with V.I. Gerchikov's researches of the Russian companies.

Earlier "The social code" started the platform for applicants of work and employers. With its help the psychological portrait of the person through social networks is created. One of the first the All-Russian children's center "Orlenok" for check of the identity of leaders began to use this solution.

Being authorized through social networks, the person agrees to the analysis of the profile, and later receives characteristic in which traits of character and living position are described
