Goznak and Borlas create uniform automated information system of resource management of the enterprises

2020: Start of development of the information management system resources of the enterprises of Goznak

GoznakBorlas JSC " and Group is announced start of the large-scale project on development and deployment of a corporate information system of resource management of the enterprises of Goznak (CIS of URP) based on software products "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" and "1C: Holding Management". On January 23, 2020 the Borlas company reported about it.

On November 18, 2019 the Borlas Group according to the results of an open competition is recognized by the head contractor (collaborators: The companies "Axiom" and "Gigabyte") on creation of CIS of URP for JSC Goznak.

The project assumes complex automation of key business processes of JSC Goznak: operational accounting and operational planning of production and purchases, inventory control and treasurer transactions.

Besides, integration with local information systems of branches of Goznak is supposed.

Within the project it is going to automate directorate of JSC Goznak and also 8 branches of the enterprise:

• Moscow Mint;
• Moscow printing factory;
• Moscow printing house "Goznak";
• St. Petersburg paper-mill;
• Saint Petersburg Mint;
• Perm printing factory;
• Krasnokamsk paper-mill;
• Research institute.

CIS of URP will be created based on standard software solutions of 1C company: "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" and "1C: Holding Management" also, thus, will meet requirements of strategy of import substitution. At the same time the project will become one of the largest implementations of the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product.

For January, 2020, within the first stage of the project, works on refining of functional and technical requirements are performed. Until the end of 2020 it is going to perform the main part of works on design and development of CIS of URP, in 2021 and 2022 replication of CIS of URP in branches of JSC Goznak will be executed.

This project is the first in the program of projects on creation of CIS of URP forming a basis of digital transformation of JSC Goznak. Further the functionality of CIS of URP will be significantly expanded due to automation of financial accounting and budgeting, accounting and tax accounting, automation of planning and registration of personnel, staff costs.

Ultimate goal of the program of projects - increase in efficiency of activity of JSC Goznak by automation and unification of business processes within uniform model of management accounting.

On December 6, 2019 there took place the starting meeting of the Project control board at which questions of initiation and start of the project were considered.

We always paid much attention to increase in business performance. Technology development and digitalization – efficient instruments of achievement of this purpose. Therefore, creation of the centralized information management system through improvement and automation of key business processes of JSC Goznak is one of our priorities. We approached the organization of this project carefully, throughout a progressive tense creating relevant requirements to the potential contractor and we hope that experience and qualification of specialists of the Borlas Group and collaborators will allow all of us to cope successfully with an assigned task,
