Mastering of serial production of street LED lamps
The Kaluga electromechanical plant (AO KEMZ) entering into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec in the fourth quarter mastered 2020 serial release of street LED lamps. On December 4, 2020 reported about it in Avtomatika concern.
These devices have the increased capacity, high energy efficiency, profitability and durability. Lamps passed all necessary tests, and the enterprise started their shipment to customers.
The lineup of the street LED lamps made at the KEMZ plant includes as a product for illumination of adjacent territories and a minor road network (the 40-120 W lamps), and powerful lamps for lighting of roads of high categories and highways (power up to 200 W). Lamps are developed taking into account all modern requirements, have energy efficiency (up to 150 lm/W in an operating mode) and mass-dimensional parameters, convenient for operation, and also have ability to integrate with the different systems of intellectual management, representatives of concern told. According to them, devices consume seven times less electric power, than traditional glow lamps, have service life of 50 thousand hours and a guarantee of operation - up to five years.
"According to experts, annually more than hundred billion kilowatt-hours (12% of all electricity consumption) are spent for lighting in Russia, from this volume street lighting spends about 4.5 billion kilowatt-hours. Use of energy efficient LED technologies instead of old mercury lamps will allow to cut an electric power expense by half. Street lamps of Avtomatika Concern are capable to compete with analogs both on technical characteristics, and at cost. We expect high demand for these products", - the CEO of Avtomatika Concern Vladimir Kabanov said. |
Beginning of release of LED lamps
JSC KEMZ which is a part of Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec started release of the first batch of LED lamps of the updated modification. On January 23, 2020 the Avtomatika Concern reported about it.
Earlier the enterprise placed emphasis on release of lamps of general purpose, including office and street models.
The updated nomenclature of lamps put in serial production has high extent of localization and meets the most modern standards and market demands – products have high efficiency (more than 130 lm/W), a high color rendering index (i.e. comfort of lighting, CRI> 80), are reliably protected from dust and moisture (IP 65 above). The possibility of intellectual management of groups of lamps using the hardware and software system "Veil" developed by the plant is also optionally provided.
The hardware and software system "Veil" is intended for object management of city infrastructure and is based on the Russian Elbrus platform and also domestic software products. Own protected protocol of a complex will allow to create metropolitan area networks for object management of infrastructure. Including – for systems management of lighting, video surveillance, accounting of resources of housing and public utilities, environmental monitoring and also for control of city transport and other city objects.
The market of modern energy efficient lighting dynamically develops, showing growth by several tens of percent a year and winning niches from traditional light sources. Holding, being based including on requests of potential customers, plans complex expansion of a line of LED lamps, as in mass segments – industrial, street and office – and in segments abnormal, explosion-proof and phytolighting, told the CEO of Avtomatika Concern Vladimir Kabanov
