30 million rubles will be selected by the government of the Belgorod region for protection of complexes of photovideo fixing of violations of traffic regulations, reports in January, 2020 to bel.ru.

Management of road construction and transport of the region signed the service provision contract on functioning and protection of mobile complexes about PSF Ratibor. The duration of the contract – until the end of 2020.

The contractor should provide functioning and protection of the mobile KRIS-P complexes using office weapon and radio frequencies. According to the technical project, during change the employee the PSF is obliged to check integrity of glasses of the camera and an IK-searchlight, to examine the body and cables on existence of damages, each hour to check the accuracy of the exposed parameters. One of the main objectives - protection "from encroachments from the third parties".

The private security company should provide smooth functioning of 30 mobile complexes. If the security guard needs the help, the group of reaction should reach the place in 15 minutes. It is possible to stop attack, using physical force or weapon according to requirements of the legislation.

It should be noted that the winner of competition already signed contracts with uprdortransy the Belgorod region on rendering the same services in protection and functioning of mobile complexes of photovideo fixing. In 2017 contract amount was nearly 41.8 million rubles. In 2018 two contracts in July and December for 23.4 million and 67.4 million rubles respectively were signed.
