"The Belarusian Industrial Bank" expands use of a system Case

On the next stage of development of the Bank project purchased additional licenses of a subsystem "Case - Web" and licenses of the option "Scanning". Taking into account in addition purchased licenses the total quantity of jobs in bank will make more than 200.

The project started in November, 2008. Now more than 140 jobs of a system are used. Within the project the hostless system of the mixed paper electronic document management integrating central office of Bank and the remote centers of rendering banking services is developed. It allowed to refuse paper documents, to accelerate passing of documents from the head to the specific contractor, to increase control of performing discipline.

Using a subsystem of remote access of "Delo-Web" it is going to organize a common information space of Bank, to increase mobility of personnel, to simplify architecture of a corporate system of document flow.
