NVision Group and RHTU: The digital platform for management of chemical production

The digital platform – the complete solution which will fully integrate intellectual management and optimization of technology processes on the basis of physical and mathematical models and databases, VRAR technology(technologies) AI. Proposed solution for management of chemical production and will allow to increase performance its lifecycle and to improve product quality, to optimize technology processes, to reduce energy costs and a consumption of raw materials, to prevent defects and emergency situations.

2020: The agreement on creation of consortium on development of the Digital platform of management of productions in the chemical industry

JSC Nvision Group, one of the Russian system integrators entering into Group of MTS, and the Russian chemical Institute of Technology (RHTU) of D.I. Mendeleyev, one of the oldest and famous higher education institutions of Russia signed the agreement on creation of consortium on development of the Digital platform of management of productions in the chemical industry. Reported about it to NVision Group on January 22, 2020.

Project participants are going to bring the pilot version of the digital platform into trial operation in 2021.

Manufacturing enterprises of a chemical, petrochemical and biotechnology complex and also the engineering companies will become potential consumers of the digital platform. Decrease in operating costs of operation, creation or upgrade of production will become a result of implementation of the platform.

The representative of NVision Group Shamil Baygin told that NVision Group will make the contribution technologies and competences, RHTU - the scientific potential and the available practices.

We with RHTU have a dialog, an initiative mutual long ago. In the Russian market we do not see competitors yet. Perhaps, there are foreign analogs, but they will be noncompetitive at the price. Considering that the chemical industry of Russia is only in the beginning of a stage of digitalization, development will be widely demanded by the enterprises of a chemical, petrochemical and biotechnology complex and also[1].

Every year experience and competences of NVision Group become more and more demanded in the different industries of the Russian industry. Our task to create in cooperation with RHTU of D.I. Mendeleyev the replicated digital platform for the enterprises of chemical industry of Russia on the basis of the concept of "the digital double" – the virtual copy of the most difficult physical processes that considerably will increase effective management of production. For the solution of this uncommon task we will use a range of technologies and solutions – from artificial intelligence and the analysis of Big Data to predictive analytics and mobile immersive technologies, noted the president of JSC Nvision Group Sergey Gavrenkov
