2019: Development of automation of municipal purchases

The head of department of monitoring of municipal purchases of city administration of Surgut Olga Yeliseyeva told about development of automation of municipal purchases in the large city of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. In particular about system implementation "ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" and advantages of its use. The BFT company reported about it on January 28, 2020.

Development of automation of municipal purchases

Since 2014 in Russia became effective Law No. 44-FZ. Rules of the organization of purchases were stated in the document. In particular, the requirement that all information systems of municipalities and regions should be integrated with the unified information system in the field of state procurements (EIS) appeared.

System implementation "ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" from BFT Company became the solution. A system is integrated both with EIS, and with large marketplaces. It allowed to automate not only all stages of purchases, but also to provide their financial control.

One of key advantages Olga Yeliseyeva called an opportunity to adapt functionality of the ATsK-Munitsipalny Order system according to constantly changing legislation in the field of the public and municipal procurements.
