2020: Automation of licensing by the passenger taxi

On March 19, 2020 FabIT reported that the Belgorod region became one of the first in Russia the region where the procedure of licensing by the passenger taxi is completely automated. System implementation of " guards.taxi ' significantly simplified the procedure of issue of permissions both for authority, and for carriers. Together with implementation of complexes of photo video of fixing of violations it led to decrease in number of illegal taxi in the region.

Under the law to render taxi services, the carrier needs to get permission. For obtaining permission it is necessary to give a document package in paper form in authorized body, or in electronic form through MFC or the regional portal of state services. According to the statistics managements of public highways and transport of the Belgorod region more than 90% of requests for permission arrive in electronic form. Nevertheless the term of licensing is twenty days. Employees of authorized body check whether truly the applicant specified data, request his status in the tax inspection — the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur and also specify whether there corresponds technical condition of the vehicle to the federal and regional legislation.

By request of management of public highways and transport of the Belgorod region the resident of the Belgorod IT of a cluster "FabIT' developed " guards.taxi ' - the module of an information system on issue of permission to passenger taxi in electronic form. A system allowed to digitize all technology processes of providing public service, to provide interaction of obligatory information systems and to transfer control procedures to an electronic form. The software product can potentially reduce licensing term to one-two days.

All information about entrepreneurs and their cars will be stored in the unified electronic register and to take place on several information platforms: open.data.gov "Open data of the Russian Federation", beluprdor.ru official site of Management and public automated system of Taxi of PAIS TAXI. It is planned that reconciliation of data from the register with data of Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation will also be automatic.

2018: Implementation of an intelligent transport system in the Kursk and Belgorod regions

The project should be implemented in several regions of the country, prove the efficiency and have the potential for scaling in other subjects of the Russian Federation. The first version regional already works as ITS in the Kursk and Belgorod regions. In Moscow and the Voronezh region the developer participated in implementation of hotel subsystems of an intelligent transport system.
