The company ZTE Corporation and division telecommunication provider China Telecom in Sichuan performed the first session of remote diagnostics coronavirus with assistance of the innovative technologies 5G. ZTE Reported about it on January 28, 2020. Thanks to high capacity and a small delay time, the standard of communication of the last generation of a 5G increases efficiency and convenience of diagnostics and the subsequent treatment. Specialists West Chinese hospital and the National medical center at the Sichuan university participated in a session of remote diagnostics using technologies 5G.

Considering the situation which developed on places, the ZTE company used own equipment SRE for providing services 5G by means of external signals of connection with simultaneous creation of internal points of readdressing. On January 25, 2020 the covered base stations of a 5G were constructed and connected to each other, and in the territory of the West Chinese hospital the conference room with necessary means of communication for holding procedures of remote diagnostics and treatment was equipped.

On January 26, 2020 ZTE completed all works on equipment, optimization, testing of speed of communication and commissioning of an internal distribution manifold of a 5G in other endpoint of a system of remote diagnostics and treatment. After start of 5G network specialists of the Sychuanskoy Public Health Office, West Chinese hospital and the National medical center of Chengdu carried out remote video consultation.

According to the working plan of the Sichuan management of health care, the West Chinese hospital at the Sichuan university will become central node of a system of a remote 5G diagnostics, and specialists of this medical institution will accept and perform remote treatment of patients of 27 hospitals of the country. On the next stage the ZTE company will create the China's first system of a remote 5G diagnostics of a koronavirusny infection functioning at the levels of the province, city and county. This system will provide 'uniform set'udalenny diagnostics in the advanced medical institutions of Sichuan giving support and the help to colleagues from Wuhan. Further ZTE by means of 5G network will organize video consultations with members of the emergency group on delivery of health care in Wuhan, providing to the patients who are in critical condition, access to expert services of diagnostics and treatment for the best specialists of the West Chinese hospital.
