In RN-Yuganskneftegaz company the management system of efficiency of activity is implemented. As the platform for creation of a system Microsoft SharePoint Server and the solution on performance management (SUE) developed by Project Practice group were selected.
The decision on development and deployment of an information system was made in 2009. The project is implemented for the purpose of ensuring transparent monitoring of effective work of divisions and identification of potential for their development.
A system is unrolled based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, using SSAS, SSRS, SSIS technologies PerformancePoint, SQL Server. Further scaling of a system and expansion of its functionality is possible.
The project was implemented in three stages. Increase in transparency of a picture on effectiveness of work of divisions due to maintaining ratings of efficiency belongs to project deliverables; simplification of efficiency analysis of activity of the company due to structuring information and its display in a type, optimal for perception; ensuring transition to management on indicators according to modern standards of performance management.
Further the given solution will be used at implementation of the Corporate System of Performance Management of Personnel (SPMP) based on SAP R/3 which is unrolled under the direction of Personnel department of the company now.
