"ANV the Mining Company" operates a MRO

"ANV the Mining company" completed implementation and commissioning of the information management system maintenance and repair of career motor transport based on EAM/MRO system of TRIM. The NPP Spectec company became the contractor on the project. The methodical basis of the project was formed by the business case of lifecycle of the machine developed in "Shopping Center Gornoye delo.

"ANV the Mining Company" performs carrying out contract works on technology transportations at the mining enterprises, renders services in operation, service maintenance and repair of the mountain equipment belonging to them and career motor transport, to management of a resource and structure of the park of machines.

The project started in November, 2008. At the first stage inspection of processes of a MRO was executed. During 2009 the main amount of works on system implementation, including, development of the project documentation, user training, certification, filling of the database by information on the operated BelAZ – the equipment, nodes, spare parts, standard scheduled works, schemes was implemented. In a system the company management and also department of MTS, planned and technology department, service of service, service of operation – only 10 users works.

A system is unrolled in the "office-a remote node" configuration: office part in directorate of the company in Moscow, and a node directly on site operation – in the settlement of Sagan-Nur, Respublika of Buryatia. On a node the local database which synchronization with office base is implemented by means of replicative packets is created.

Now in ISU of a MRO initial data storage about the history of operation, service and repair is performed. In further plans of the company – to supplement a cost model with objective data on fuel consumption, data on the salary of the operating personnel, leasing payments and some other items of expenditure. It will allow to calculate cost value of transportations by each machine and in general on the enterprise, to plan profitability, to prove the cost of outsourcing services before the customer.
