Belkommunmash Unitary Enterprise

It is one of the largest European producers of trolleybuses which continued to increase production and last crisis year – including thanks to automation. Here the Galaktika ERP system became one of concept tools of "lean production" helping to analyze the external environment and to effectively organize production.

Thanks to "Galaktika ERP" at the enterprise it was succeeded to adjust accounting of the component parts ordered to partner companies and to receive a clear picture of real requirements of the plant for purchases. Excess links in document flow and delays in the movement of component parts were liquidated. The management of the enterprise received powerful tools of a financial analysis, production planning, order management. Daily control of receivables and payables by agreements was adjusted. As considers the management of Belkommunmash, full automation of production disciplines all plant and rallies workers in a uniform command: any failure on any section becomes known at once – and on it measures are taken.
