2020: Preparation of start of service
The State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation will start service for acceptance of complaints to online swindlers what became known at the beginning of February, 2020.
The draft of the concept prepared by the State Office of Public Prosecutor on creation in Russia of a specialized resource for counteraction to computer fraud in the financial environment is written by Kommersant.
In the document it is announced Spetsresursa which represents "a complex of organizational and technical measures for interaction with citizens, the organizations and authorized bodies regarding operational data transmission about signs of illegal acts in the field of information and communication technologies".
Authors of the project refer to data VCIOM according to which every third Russian faced cyberfraud, and 9% of participants of the corresponding poll of sociologists result of actions of speculators the actual damage was caused. At the same time in Russia by the beginning of February, 2020 there is no feed gear citizens of the claim of crimes in a cyberspace, as well as structure which quickly would react to messages of Russians about cyberincidents, notes the edition.
It is expected that "Spetsresurs" will be started on the Gosuslug platform. The autonomous nonprofit organization (ANO) created for this purpose at the State Office of Public Prosecutor will be engaged in collecting, storage and systematization of data from citizens, to communicate with other structures in the field of cyber security and also will open the public black list of phishing and fraudulent resources, department hopes.
That the resource could bring benefit, it is necessary to change the legislation on work with citizens, to specify corpora delicti and offenses, to appoint body which not only scattered citizens' appeals on other structures, but also carried out explanatory work, the information security expert of Cisco Alexey Lukatsky considers.[1]
