Tesis (Galaktika ERP)

At Tesis engineering enterprise the project of automation based on the Galaktika ERP system develops. The Tesis company is included into the international Pillar group and specializes in development and production of hi-tech electric furnaces on cultivation of the single-crystal silicon used in solar power.

At the enterprise the project considering specifics of engineering enterprise with job order type of production was executed. In the company accounting and tax accounting, supply, sale, inventory accounting, management of finance and technology preparation of production are automated. The customer received methodology of synchronous planning of APS on arms. A system allows to create the production schedule taking into account utilization of capacity, to automate calculation of planned daily tasks and cost value of finished goods and also to control behind an assembly status on each product, the unit and a node.

At the moment the model of quarter planning is transferred to the client. Also in the ERP system the problem of cost accounting of products in foreign currency is solved.
