"The center of the Business Real estate of AS" automated accounting using an industry system

In "Center of the Business Real Estate of AS" project construction company automation of accounting, tax accounting and payroll calculation on the basis of the complex software product "1C: Accounting of construction organization 8" developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is complete. The project is executed by specialists of 1C:VDGB company.

The "Center of the Business Real Estate of AS" construction company works at the Russian market in the field of design, construction of industrial and civil buildings and constructions. The company performs design of houses, interior design, design of a full range of the engineering systems, conducts installation and construction works.

The selected software product integrates functionality of systems "1C: Contractor of construction 2.3", "1C: Customer of construction 1.0". At the same time the implemented system is distinguished by existence of the mechanism of implementation of the investment project on construction of the facility at the expense of own, borrowed funds or share money of investors; existence of the mechanism of the organization of shared-equity construction with involvement of the specialized customer, without involvement of the specialized customer, without involvement of the third parties; accounting of long-term investments; transfer of works upon termination of construction; agreement settlements of a concession of a right to claim.

Within the project the integrator implements a standard configuration of industry solution, user training is provided.
