On January 30, 2020 the Amadeus company announced Khujand, Tajikistan cooperation with ABC GH company, the director of photography of land service of the International airport. Within the agreement of ABC GH got access to the Altéa Departure Control system and will be able to take advantage of Amadeus technologies at cooperation increase with airlines and the airports.

Earlier ABC GH used the management systems provided by the airport. For the purpose of a high-quality guarantee of service, autonomy and a possibility of expansion of business the company made the decision on transition to the Amadeus system. As users of Altéa Departure Control System from among the companies of land service note, a system allows to reduce costs for 20% thanks to optimization of interaction with the airport and airlines and high efficiency of the system.

The Amadeus Altéa Ground Handler Departure Control (DCS) system integrates in itself two components - Customer Management - for support of the front office, registration procedures and landing, and Flight Management - for request processing, connected with baggage, loading and service of airplanes. More than 130 airlines are connected to the Altea system for January 30, 2020, and every year their quantity increases. Thanks to this system operators of land service have direct access to the schedule of runs, inventory base, data of passengers and business regulations of airlines therefore airlines often give preference to the partners who are already connected to Altéa.

Work based on Altéa allowed us to optimize interaction with partners at the airport, we improved performance indicators and customer service quality.
