The electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system was set at office of acceptance of the population of PJSC Kvadra branch – "The Voronezh generation" (Voronezh). On February 5, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future reported about it.

PJSC Kvadra branch – "The Voronezh generation" - the largest supplier of thermal energy for the industrial and housing-and-municipal sector Voronezh. More than 90% of the market of thermal energy of the city fall to the share of the company.

Use of an electronic queue at office of service creates comfortable conditions of waiting, improving service quality and image of the company. Due to automatic flux profile of visitors depending on the visit purpose, load of the staff of the company decreases and waiting time is reduced.

The intelligent system of NEURONIQ allows to control quickly process of service at office and work of each operator, provides the statistical information used for identification and elimination of "narrow" places of process.
