At the international airport "Sheremetyevo" the implementation project of the Billing component of the SAP ERP system is complete. As the contractor the T-Systems company was selected. Implementations of the module SAP SD "Billing" is implemented within the development of the ERP system directed to achievement of strategic objectives of the enterprise.

Problem of a billing system is operational and correct formation of financial settlement documents (acts of the performed works, accounts, invoices). At a project implementation stage all services rendered by the airport were conditionally separated into two groups: services in aviation activity and services in not aviation activity.

The first group (service in aviation activity) included the services which are directly connected with service of the arriving and decreasing aircrafts and passengers on the platform of the airport and in its terminals. In the second group all other services – lease of buildings and premises, utility and information services, security and so forth were referred. For implementation of a task of the maximum decrease in manual work, it was necessary to provide existence in the system of all necessary conditions required at a stage of formation of financial settlement documents i.e. to provide maintaining information on the signed agreements, price lists for the services rendered to clients of JSC MASh to introduce rules of application of price lists. All these basic requirements were successfully implemented.

Besides, integration with the SPRP airport system (SPRP are "Schedule System and Schedules of Flights") Synchrony allowed to obtain all necessary information for formation of acts of the performed works on aviation activity. Time response characteristics of the performed flights, characteristics of aircrafts belong to this information, quantitative indices about passengers, etc. SPRP "Synchrony" assumes further development and formation electronic SAW (sheet of accounting of works), providing availability of information on all services rendered to a certain aircraft. At a stage of implementation of the module SD SAP all necessary parameters of expansion of integration opportunities which will allow to reduce in the short term the number of the transactions requiring presence of the person to a minimum were put.

Regarding not aviation activity performed by JSC MASh in a system agreement bases, reference books of the rendered services were also created. Due to the big range of the rendered not aviation services, in the course of implementation nuances of processes of rendering services in different divisions were considered and the versatile tool allowing to consider quickly all rendered services is offered. Automatic formation of accounts and invoices and also data for management and accounting records of the enterprise is also result of work with divisions.

Within the project the unified electronic reference books of data were developed for all key divisions of the airport, the possibility of operational preparation of packets of financial settlement documents and operational formation of analytical data on results of productive activity is provided, interaction with the airport Synchrony database is organized. Creation of a single system for processes of rendering and accounting of services belongs to the main project deliverables. A system works in the round-the-clock mode. Distribution of the developed solution on other airports in which work accepts is possible or Sheremetyevo is going to take part.

In ASUP SAP more than 300 users who are representatives of all divisions of the airport work now, from them more than 100 are involved in work with the module SD.

The main strategic objective of JSC Sheremetyevo Airport consists in aspiration to achievement by 2015 of the status of the airport hub, best in Europe, on customer service quality today. According to this strategy the program of upgrade and expansion is started, 2 terminals are constructed, construction of the third runway is planned. By 2015 the airport is going to increase a passenger traffic from 14.5 million (based on 2009) to 30 million. With development of the airport there was a question and of upgrade of its IT infrastructure. In particular, Sheremetyevo services more than 60 airlines, including Aeroflot, Air France, KLM, Delta, Korean Air and many leading internal carriers, works with retailers and other service providers. At the same time only each 10 days the airport makes out Aeroflot more than 1000 bills. Such volume demanded full automation of a system and implementation of the Billing component.
