Expert Logistic RTW: professional WMS with powerful basic functionality for management of warehouses (warehouse complexes) with complex structure and processes and also high intensity of trade flows.

A system maintains technology features of the following object types:

The basis of a system is formed by modern technologies of an inventory accounting, such as shaped coding, RFID identification and use of the specialized equipment for automation of warehouse processes in real time (data collection terminals, barcode scanners, printers of labels of a barcode, etc.).

A system has modular structure, i.e. it is scaled that makes it available to clients with the minimum current demands in automation.

A system is integrated with the different managerial systems, for example, the system of accounting, a CRM-system, a management system for transport logistics, a laboratory system, etc. The scale of integration is defined by logic of processes, structure of an information system and level of automation of the enterprise. • Huntsman-NMG Ltd. A warehouse complex at chemical production (~ 5000 sq.m): raw-material storages, container, finished goods, equipment, highly inflammable materials and components. The joint project on Expert Logistic system implementation is executed, integration with CIS to 1C base is implemented: Enterprise 8.1. Maintenance and development of a system is executed by the Customer's IT department. By forces of IT department of the Customer it is executed the masshatbirovany systems (the WMS server Obninsk, MO) on the distributed filial warehouse (Novosibirsk).
• Company "7 Decor colors". The warehouse economy consists of the main warehouse from which shipments of orders to ogranization and in branches of the company and also the zone Cash@Carry are executed. A warehouse makes about 6000 sq.m, the zone Cash@Carry, - 2000 sq.m. In both warehouses multilevel rack and shelf storage is organized, there is also a floor storage. The product line is provided 12,000 names of which about 30% are made by a seasonal goods, i.e. more 8000th active nomenclature. Expert Logistic in real time manages processes, both in the main warehouse, and in the zone Cash@Carry. Automatic bilateral data exchange between WMS and non-standard system configuration "1C of management of manufacturing plants 8.2" is organized. Reference books of the commodity nomenclature and partners and also document flow on all intra warehouse processes and also interwarehouse movements are synchronized.
