Huntsman-NMG automates warehouse logistics

When choosing the automation system it was estimated as existence of implementations at large manufacturing enterprises, and functionality of the solution, convenience of work with it and also competence of the supplier on integration of WMS with a corporate information system taking into account features of the enterprise.

Using the WMS system will be automated as management of material flows between objects of warehouse economy (raw materials and a container, finished goods, MTS) and production, and management of logistic processes in each warehouse.

Warehouses of customer organization include rack and stacking storage. On sections of stacking storage by the customer the problem of implementation of selection of the principle of FEFO is defined.

Within project works design of technology of work of a warehouse in a circuit of WMS will be executed, bilateral data exchange with the ERP system of the enterprise is implemented, setup of a system, training of personnel and start of WMS are performed.
