2020: Representation of a dual-band customs complex

On February 11, 2020 provided to JSC RTI a demonstration sample of the dual-band customs complex working with the millimetric and terahertz (TGts) wave ranges. The complex is intended for reserved remote detection of potentially dangerous objects and the prohibited substances. Use of a complex is supposed in points of examination, mass accumulation of people, in railway infrastructure.

Representation of a dual-band customs complex

The created complex of stream examination in the double-frequency mode allows to detect and distinguish authentically weapon, narcotic and explosives. Thanks to mm and TGts of radiation, the complex will define with high resolution and to distinguish on types recognizable potentially dangerous objects by means of an element of artificial intelligencemachine learning. The penetration of mm and TGts of radiations and also constructional features of a complex, allows to place all elements behind walls of corridors.

The applied technologies will be able authentically to determine coordinates of potentially dangerous objects, their radio images under clothes, to identify the prohibited substances. Process of examination with the used technologies is neioniziruyeshchy, in difference from the applied systems of examination using x-ray emission.

It should be noted that the created complex differs in higher resolution, in comparison with the systems of examination working with the centimetric wave range.
