Technopark Korolyov

The technopark "Korolyov" located in 13 kilometers from Moscow was founded in 2019. Here 7 residents whose total amount of investments is 1,112 million rubles are located. Also the companies created 410 jobs.

In the territory of technopark there is production of industrial programmable logic controllers, production of rare-earth metals, galvanic production, etc. Profitable measures of support from the region are provided to residents of "Korolyov".

Management company of technopark is the Corporation of development of the Moscow region. By 2030 KRMO is going to place here 32 residents who invest 1,940 million rubles and will create 1064 jobs.

2020

In 2020 the Corporation of development of the Moscow region is going to attract 3 investors in technopark "Korolyov". It is planned that new residents will create 398 jobs and invest 997 million rubles.

Lease of ready premises, lease with the redemption of ready premises or with the redemption of the land plot belong to possible formats for residents. Also at residents be a possibility of tenancy in the Light Industrial format. It represents subjects to warehouse and production appointment with separate blocks from 500 to 2500 sq.m in size.
