Education

• In 1986 graduated from faculty of an engineering cybernetics of the Leningrad Polytechnical Institute of M.I. Kalinin.
• In 2004 gained the diploma of management of the Open University of Great Britain.
• Since 2006 – the tutor of a course of management of the Open University of Great Britain.
• In 2008 graduated project management of AFW Wirtschaftsakademie Bad Harzburg GmbH – (Germany).

Work experience

• From 1986 to 1990 together with specialists of Valmet, Kone, Raute, Siemens was engaged in automation of technology processes of Svetogorsk Production association.

• In 1990-1994 was engaged in automation of management processes of Svetogorsk Production association.

• Kay came to the Computer Center company in 1994. Consistently passed all steps of an official ladder: seller, floorwalker, chief accountant, head of department of an ACS, IT Director. Directed development and creation of information infrastructure of the organization.

Since May, 2012 Oleg Weinberg leaves the company "Kay>" in which he worked 18 years, including long time for positions of the director of information technology. He told TAdviser about it. In the last half a year Oleg Weinberg held a post of the chief innovation officer. The official reason of its leaving from a position – expiration of the labor contract.

As the top manager specified TAdviser, the successor is not appointed to his post yet, but, perhaps, information on it will appear after April 11. "18 years, even in the best company, it are a lot of. There is quite enough to decide to change something in life", - he commented on the reasons of the leaving.

According to Oleg Weinberg, he already received a set of offers on employment, but has no specific plans yet and intends to take a break.
