2020: Installation of automatic systems of accounting of emissions of pollutants in an atmospheric air
On February 11, 2020 it became known that PJSC Severstal installs automatic systems of accounting of emissions of pollutants in an atmospheric air in koksoaglodomenny production of Cherepovets iron and steel works (CHERMK).
According to the CEO of the Severstal Russian Steel division Evgeny Vinogradov, the purpose of installation of automatic system of control of structure of off gases – operational management of technology of agglomeration in agglomerative workshops No. 2 and 3. Specialists intend to perform it by means of measurement in the online mode of concentration of substances, specific to production of iron ore agglomerate, and process parameters. By February, 2020 these parameters are controlled by instrumental methods employees of the specialized organization – Gormash-Eul LLC.
The equipment includes installation of gas analyzers, dust meters, sensors of determination of a consumption of gas-air mixture and other associated equipment on eight operating sintering machines of CherMK. Collecting, information processing and data transmission will be made by the special software.
For February 11, 2020 installation of the capital equipment is finished and balancing and commissioning begins, is going to finish them in the first half of 2020. The cost of an investment action is about 180 million rubles. After passing of metrological certification of a system will be allowed to operation. The expected decrease in emissions of pollutants after installation of a system and operational management of technology of agglomeration will be about 2,580 tons, comments Evgeny Vinogradov
