Five Jobcenters of the Population (JP) to Balakovo, Veliky Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Pavlovo and to Stary Oskol were equipped with management systems for queue of NEURONIQ. On February 14, 2020 the company of Technology of the Future reported about it.

Implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity and Support of Employment" and the regional projects "Increase in Efficiency of the Employment Service of the Population by means of Its Upgrade" provide actions for creation of the modern "personnel centers" providing economy with the personnel, solving problems of continuous training and development of professional skills of citizens.

Work of the employment services to be based on the principle of lean production now – a minimum of bureaucratic work, a maximum of time for the help to applicants and employers. The important tool in implementation of this principle is the electronic queue which automates distribution of visitors by the staff of TsZN.

Use of an intelligent system of NEURONIQ accelerates process of service and increases capacity of organizations. Comfortable conditions of waiting are created, degree of awareness of visitors on services and places of their providing in this connection the probability of conflict situations is reduced is raised.

For convenience of visitors with disability terminals of DUO "Available Environment" were installed, the advance registration allowing as in clinic is implemented, to be by certain time and not to expect in queue. Besides, receivers of services of the centers are offered to estimate work of operators by means of special panels of quality evaluation.

The management of organizations had an opportunity to trace key parameters of process of service of citizens, both in the mode of "real" time, and in the form of statistic reports. On the basis of the provided information can it is held further actions for increase in efficiency.

Works on installation of hardware and software systems of queue management in Balakovo and Stary Oskol were executed by the official dealer of the NEURONIQ systems – Eleko company.
