PSS was founded in 1994. He specializes in the implementation and expert support of BIM solutions in design and construction, has many years of experience in implementing PDM in the construction industry.

PSS offers comprehensive solutions for industries: industrial and civil engineering, infrastructure, mining and processing complex, petrochemical and gas industries, fuel and energy complex, mechanical engineering. PSS has partnerships with more than 50 vendors.

The head office of the PSS is based in St. Petersburg, three branches are located in Krasnodar, Tula and Novosibirsk. The company has 43 employees.

History

2017: Sale to French Graitec

In February 2017, the French Graitec announced the acquisition of the Russian engineering and consulting company PSS. According to the Kontur.Fokus database, the Russian subsidiary Graitec became the owner of 100% of PSS LLC.

Alexey Kukin, who was previously the founder of this company, continues to be its general director, according to the database Kontur.Fokus. He is also the founder of PSS Consulting LLC. The PSS said that this legal entity is also part of the PSS.

The company's activities after the transaction remain the same. PSS will continue to operate under its own brand, it is also not planned to change the principles of working with customers and partners.

Since 2009, Graitec has been represented in the CIS countries. Its Russian subsidiary specializes in solutions for automation of design and production of construction structures, and is also an official supplier software Autodesk of Advance Steel in the territory Russia and CIS.

Graitec acquired PSS in order to increase business in the market of Russia and the CIS countries and strengthen its position in the BIM market. Graitec's strategy is to become the world's leading provider of construction solutions.

This step will allow PSS customers to gain "significant advantages" thanks to the Graitec product line, the company says.

Through an agreement with Graitec, PSS will become part of one of the five largest Autodesk resellers in the world, as well as access to brand new products previously unavailable to our customers. According to the Kontur. Focus database, the revenue of PSS LLC in 2015 amounted to 179.5 million rubles, net profit - about 4 million rubles.

2014
