" Sberbank.survey " is mobile application which allows to perform independently inspection of the damaged property, using step-by-step hints. All taken pictures and the entered data automatically are transferred to insurance company for consideration.

2019: Reduction of terms of settlement of losses by 4 times

On February 17, 2020 the Sberbank Insurance company reported that it reduced approximately four times - to 3-5 days – the term of settlement of losses according to insurance contracts of property of individuals thanks to implementation of mobile application "Sberbank. Survey". By the end of 2019 up to 250 clients a month preferred to declare insurance events in the company through "Sberbank. Survey". Total amount of payments for the losses settled online in 2019 exceeded 70 million rubles.

The call center operator of SK "Sberbank Insurance" offers clients who declare an insurance event with property, to use the application " Sberbank.survey ". Having installed the application on the mobile phone, the client can perform independent inspection of the damaged property according to the built-in instruction, check the filled-in application form, attach a document package in electronic form which the company will also check online and to sign the application using the electronic signature. After that the digital document package gets for examination and calculation of compensation of damage. The client receives payment within 3-5 days from the moment of submission of all obligatory documents.

Average payment for the losses settled through mobile application made about 70,000 rub in 2019. Most often clients used the application to declare the insurance events connected with gulfs of housing – 74% of all insurance events stated through " Sberbank.survey ". On the second place – the insurance events caused by natural disasters (11%) on the third – losses because of the fires (10%).

In 2020 we will implement additional tools thanks to which terms of online settlement will become even shorter in the application, and the application will become even more convenient for clients. We calculate that the quantity of losses on proprietary insurance of the natural persons settled online will grow in 2020 at least by 30%.
