Quarta Time Table Service of Quarta Technologies company is the solution for the organization of management of such resource of office as meeting rooms. The HSS of QTTS solves a problem of an output of the schedule of actions of each meeting room to the special QTTS dashboards set directly near meeting rooms.

In the annex to meeting rooms display of the schedule of the meeting room is provided:

• Date and time began also the ends of an action;
• Name of an action;
• Responsible.

In a case with display of load of the employee to the QTTS panel the following information can be output:

• FULL NAME;
• Position;
• Current status of the employee: is absent / on the place / it is taken/is free;
• The schedule (load) of the employee for the present day.

Calendars can be data sources for a HSS of QTTS:

• Microsoft Exchange Server, version 2012 above;
• Microsoft Office365;
• IBM Domino Server, version 9 above;

The HSS of QTTS consists of the QTTS panels and a program server part – "QTTS server".
