2020: Transfer of IT systems of livestock complexes in a cloud of MTS

On February 19, 2020 announced PJSC MTS project implementation on the organization of cloud infrastructure for agricultural assets of group of Smokes — one of the Russian producers of meat products. For the purpose of digitalization of business of group of Smokes all IT systems which three livestock complexes use are transferred to a cloud.

In a cloud corporate IT resources of livestock assets function: databases accounting and analytical systems. For example,CloudMTS bases data 1C and integrated with them a management system for the livestock PigExpert complex are postponed for the cloud platform#. For access to a cloud the company uses own communications channels MTS.

Transition to a cloud allowed to increase efficiency of interaction of geographically distributed divisions due to consolidation of IT resources and the centralized access to them. Multiply the speed of work of services in comparison with traditional approach grew. On average the costs connected with operation of the IT equipment were reduced by 25%.

Being among leaders of the domestic market of meat processing, Smokes implements the project of digital transformation of business.
