1C:VDGB: Pawnshop

Program "1C:VDGB: A pawnshop" it is intended for automation of activity of pawnshops, auto-pawnshops and jewelry pawnshops. In the implemented Pawnshop configuration accounting of all operations performed by a pawnshop is implemented: acceptance of property as a deposit, its assessment, providing a loan, charge and collection of interest for using a loan and the storage charges of things, return of a loan by the pledger, sale of unclaimed things from biddings and also buying up of values.

Functionality of the software product "1C:VDGB: The pawnshop" includes: a design of the main operations with mortgage tickets (pledge, repledge, the redemption, the partial redemption, the partial redemption with repledge, cancellation, transfer on an auction, return from an auction); predesign of a debt of the pledger for any date (at prolongation of pledge data on the previous conditions of pledge are displayed); the reference book of schemes of crediting with different rates and conditions; advanced execution of mortgage tickets, automatic calculation of loan amount on the basis of the set characteristics accepted as proof of things, automatic evaluation of cost of jewelry, a printability of mortgage tickets on typographical forms; storage of any characteristics for not jewelry things (in case of cars for example VIN numbers or in case of cell phones - models); an opportunity for work with pledgers taking into account a grace time (an opportunity to provide discounts at arrival about certain hour in day of delay); a printability of mortgage tickets as independently, and on ready (including numbered) forms, perhaps automatic task (reservation) of difficult ticket numbers (with prefixes and on a template); a possibility of viewing the list of mortgage tickets with selection on the partner; a full integration with accounting and tax accounting, automatic formation of documents of accounting entries on accounting of things in pledge and to settlement with pledgers (the account and settlement can be set by default by the user and change during accounting individually).

The program allows to set schemes as as a percentage and fixed amounts with charges for any period. Also use of complex circuits of crediting is supported.

In the 1C:VDGB program for accounting of pawnshops perhaps also: conduct the advanced system of the organization of biddings, automatically determine the overdue (not redeemed) things and to transfer them to an auction; trace the system of buying up of values, with issue of receipts and a possibility of setting, both on balance sheet, and on off-balance accounting; keep the report on the things which are in pledge; keep the report on the things which are in pledges and in buying up both in quantitative, and in weight expression (it is used when accounting jewelry things); fill out the report on the issued amounts in buying up of a pawnshop; carry out the reports reflecting the operations performed by a pawnshop, a status of mortgage tickets and things; history of pledgers and separate mortgage tickets and others; keep the reports allowing to see the profit of a pawnshop.

The system of programs 1C: Enterprise was received in May, 2011 by software product 1S:VDGB: The pawnshop 3 provided on certification as the addition to a standard configuration 1C: Enterprise Accounting developed in the environment of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 in the normal mode.

Release 3.2.22.2 of January 13, 2011

New in release 3.2.22.2 of software product 1S:VDGB: Pawnshop 3:

• In the reference book "Schemes of Crediting" the feature to set loan term as the minimum term is added;
• the report displaying the mortgage things sold for the period with amounts of debt, sale and a loss is added.;
• the report "Sale of mortgage property" can be opened through the Pawnshops / Reports menu;
• the report displaying information on profits (losses) on core activities is added. On the basis of data of the program it is possible to analyze an income behavior, expenses and also a profit or loss for the period;
• the report "Income and expenses on a pawnshop" is similar to the standard report "Income and expenses (profit/loss)", but accounts 91.01 and 91.02 are added to the analysis;
• the report can be opened through the Pawnshops / Reports menu;
• the revealed errors are corrected.
