The borrower of the Fund of Development of the Industry (FDI)the Ryazan skinnery "Russian Leather" – completed process of implementation of the platform for control automation by internal and external resources of the enterprise. It became known on February 20, 2020.

In 2019 the IDF provided to the Ryazan plant a preferential loan according to the Industry Digitalization program in the amount of 80 million rubles under 5% per annum. The general project budget exceeded 160 million rubles. "The Russian leather" became the first company which tsifrovizirovat work of the enterprise with attraction of a loan of fund,

With attraction of financial resources of IDF the company implemented a multifunction resource management system (ERP) and a customer relationship management system (CRM) and also organized a virtual data processing center.

The ERP system is aimed at increase in business performance and adoption of the weighed solutions. It integrates in itself the sphere of production management, projects, finance, distribution, supply chains, work with personnel and other opportunities.

Reduction for 30% of terms of production of the order, increase by 25% of production volume of products of deep extent of processing and higher product profitability became result of implementation of ERP.

A CRM system is intended for the organization of customer interaction, in particular, for increase in sales level, optimization of marketing and improvement of customer service by preserving of customer information and the history of relationship with them, establishment and improvement of business processes and the subsequent analysis of results.

After implementation of CRM the enterprise had a uniform reference book with a possibility of multifunction search of clients, the convenient form for exposure of the purposes on sales with tracking of progress of their accomplishment is created, the history of customer interaction is displayed.

Creation of a virtual data processing center allowed to save expenses on IT personnel at the previous level, to reduce purchase costs of own server hardware and to accelerate a possibility of a project startup due to flexibility of management of server resources.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Ryazan region Svetlana Goryachkina, this area of work is one of priority for the government of the region[1].
