2020: Updating of the portal of a regional information system in the field of purchases

In Krasnodar Krai with assistance of NPO Christa upgraded version of the portal of the regional information system of Krasnodar Krai used in the field of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs is put into operation. On February 19, 2020 NPO Christa reported about it.

Using the software package "Regional Contract System" through a regional information system more than 6 thousand organizations of Kuban conduct procurement.

With the advent of the updated portal of the public and municipal procurements the broad spectrum of analytics about purchases of Krasnodar Krai became available to citizens, investors and business, including:

• calendar of purchases;
• interactive map of purchases;
• statistics of purchases;
• the register of suppliers, information on purchases by types of products;
• information on the published notifications and on contracts by methods of determination of suppliers.

The department on regulation of a contract system of Krasnodar Krai notes importance of implementation of one of the basic principles of Law No. 44-FZ – openness and transparency of information on a contract system in the field of purchases.

Open part of a regional information system is the set of information on purchases from the unified information system in the field of purchases distributed in the structured type, allowing to carry out quickly the analysis and comparison of the interesting data. The open portal will become the interactive map of Krasnodar Krai for evident display of need for products of this or that municipal entity.
