2020: Announcement
At the end of February, 2020 Rostelecom announced development and deployment of own system of personnel recruitment. The telecommunication operator decided to use the solution instead of several products of different producers.
A system under the name IQHR is created in cooperation with Aykumen of IBS company ("subsidiary" of Rostelecom). Development began in 2018.
In 2018 we came to understanding that are ready to systematize the accumulated experience, examination and ideas of how it is possible to increase effective management of recruitment, and as a result started development of own ATS. We managed to create a system flexible, developing, convenient to all categories of users in which personnel recruitment for Rostelecom and its subsidiary companies is already conducted now — the senior vice president for organizational development and personnel management of Rostelecom Galina Rysakova said. |
IQHR covers a full stroke of process of search of the necessary employee — from starting the request for selection to the offer on work. In a system the database which analysis will help further development of IQHR forms. Also it is noted that all operations performed in systems are completely transparent.
Rostelecom lists the following main systems capabilities of IQHR:
- flexible configuration under the existing business processes;
- the configured chains of approval of requests and offer, tracking of the statuses and terms; creation and maintaining uniform base of candidates to which data from mail and from own website, from the popular websites of job search, from social networks and profile groups are imported;
- accounting of complete history of interaction with candidates, including responses of specialists of the HR block;
- work with vacancies, integration with mail and calendars, analytics and reporting;
- flexible role model and politicians of differentiation of access rights;
- ability to integrate with corporate IT systems.[1]
