DSK-1 will build the modern hostel for NIYaU MEPhI

2020: Plans for construction of the hostel

The modern hostel of National Research Nuclear University of MEPhI will be built near Moskvorechye-Saburovo in the south of Moscow. On February 25, 2020 DSK-1 reported about it.

It is the modern project of room type for students of NIYaU MEPhI with effective planning solutions of public and residential zones, modern engineering, "turnkey" design finishing and complete furniture of apartments. The total area of the building will be about 18 thousand sq.m. in which more than 800 students will live.

Ministry of Construction RUSSIAN FEDERATION recognized this project cost-efficient and deservedly included in the register of repeated application. The project documentation of an object of NIYaU MEPhI is developed on the basis of application of the constructive solutions and the innovative technologies allowing to perform construction of buildings progressive methods and their reliable operation.

The author of the architectural concept of the project is The First DSK company.

In a design of the building we use a reserved color gamma – the house is executed in light blue corporate tones of MEPhI — the building will successfully fit into surrounding building and diversifies the urban environment. The architectural and art appearance of the apartment house is provided by an individual modern series using a three-layer outside panel. In other words, it is the industrial house of the younger generation which element-wise is made in the conditions of the plant and is built on a building site. It gives the chance to build the house of any configuration with different planning solutions, quotes Grigory Altukhov, the commercial director of First DSK

The hostel will locate at the address Moskvorechye St., vl. 19, building 2. On the first floor of the building utility and administration rooms and also several apartments for handicapped citizens will be placed. Other space are reserved for rooms of students.

The project also provides improvement of the territory: in it will equip platforms for rest and exercises and also the cycle parking on 84 places. Around the house trees and bushes will be planted.
