14 project organizations succeeded to the second round of the All-Russian tender of projects of hospitals

2020: Selection of 14 bureaus and on-stage performance groups

On March 2, 2020 it became known that for participation in the second round of the All-Russian tender on the best architectural project of the central district hospital the design capacity on 80, 240 and 400 beds for service of the population numbering 30, 50 and 100 thousand people selected 14 bureaus and on-stage performance groups.

Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Vladimir Yakushev noted that this tender plays a large role in resuming of institute of standard design in the country:

the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation the library of standard projects of objects of capital construction will be created. And first of all there has to be a base of standard social objects, and not accidental, but the best projects in terms of the professional technology, architecture, security, comfort and an esthetics which are selected by experts of high qualification. In particular, we expect that thanks to the public competition held by us together with the Russian Ministry of Health the best solutions for reuse of projects of construction of district hospitals of different design capacity will be found

He paid attention that the project organizations which are selected in the second round represent seven cities: it is Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Tyumen, Kazan, Krasnogorsk of the Moscow region and Krasnodar.

The president of the Union of architects of Russia, the Union of the Moscow architects and the deputy of jury of tender Nikolay Shumakov shared the impressions about the level of participants:

All commands which showed willingness to take part in the All-Russian tender on the best architectural project of the central district hospital — the big professionals who proved in expert community. 14 on-stage performance groups which succeeded to the second round were elected according to the whole list of criteria: it is necessary to work with health care facilities, errors are inadmissible. Very much I hope that the offered projects will differ in high quality, scrupulous approach and outstanding architectural concepts. Each of participants is worthy victories in tender and is capable to offer the standing project. Only one minus: not all contestants are members of the Union of architects. But we urge participants to enter into Alliance and to implement the projects under the auspices of the largest professional community of our country,

According to the results of work of jury succeeded the following companies to the second round: Korteks Medika LLC (Moscow), JSC Mosproject-4 (Moscow), JSC GIPROZDRAV (Moscow), YuNK proyekt LLC (Moscow), JSC Niiplesdrev (Tyumen), Temp-Proyekt LLC (St. Petersburg), Architectural Masterful Staraya Kazan LLC, (Kazan), JSC MAHPI imeni akademika Polyanskogo (Moscow), Zhilproyekt LLC (Voronezh), JSC TIZHGP Krasnodargrazhdanproyekt (Krasnodar), Architectural Bureau Studiya 44 LLC (St. Petersburg), State Budgetary Institution MO NIIPROYEKT (Krasnogorsk), Profil LLC (St. Petersburg), Ginzburg i Arkhitektory LLC (Moscow).

As reported, for participation in the first round 29 applications from the project organizations from 13 regions were submitted. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation acted as initiators of tender.
