The Chelyabinsk bank branch JSC Uralsib uses the DeskWork corporate portal

The Softline company announced project finish of implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal in the Chelyabinsk bank branch JSC Uralsib. Thanks to DeskWork the client received a convenient internal information resource for the organization of joint work of employees.

Implementation of the portal took place by forces of specialists of JSC Uralsib without the address to DeskWork technical support service.

With the help of DeskWork in the Chelyabinsk branch of JSC "Uralsib" several tasks for the organization of internal information space were implemented.

First of all, the reference book by employees with contact information was created. The reference book allows to run for search in the Full Name and also in divisions of the company that facilitates internal communications of employees.

Means of DeskWork created the internal information page of the organization on which the news important for employees daily are placed. Also on it news feeds with that information from the Internet which is necessary for daily workflow – for example, currency rates are configured. Now employees do not need to look for this and other important information using web surfing as they receive it on the internal portal. Thus, DeskWork as much as possible saves Internet traffic by caching of data on the DeskWork server: information from the Internet is obtained only by the server on the configured schedule (for example, 4 updates a day), and to employees information arrives from the DeskWork server without sending requests to the Internet.

"Our portal can be used in the organizations which are engaged in different types of activity.
