After transition of bank on the BOSS-personnel officer registration of personnel became more strict that increased discipline of users on information input in the database. Tracking of the legislation became more timely, terms of formation of necessary reports and payroll were considerably reduced. Also there was refining of functional obligations of HR department and clerks of salary. Besides, at significant growth of number of staff of bank the number of HR specialists and to payroll practically did not change. Today Bank of Moscow in the work uses more than 200 licenses of the software tool BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER.
