Project Effect
Personnel management system implementation the BOSS-personnel officer in Raiffeisenbank Ltd allowed to implement within one system automation of HR records and payroll, formation of reportings taking into account changes of the Russian legislation. Thanks to effective system operation the BOSS-personnel officer in bank raised efficiency of work with personnel information, considerably decreased unproductive costs and also labor productivity of staff of personnel and settlement divisions increased.
