The company Schneider Electric announced on March 5, 2020 expansion of a line of cards of network management for uninterruptible power supply units (UPS). Devices will increase security and convenience of control of each separate UPS at the expense of updated processor and firmwares and also still a number of improvements.
Payments of network management of the next generation — AP9640 UPS Network Management Card 3 and AP9641 UPS Network Management Card 3 with function of monitoring of the environment — have higher in comparison with devices of the previous series data transfer rate (to 1 GB / with instead of 100 Mbps) and the increased quantity of the log files which are stored in the preset program that considerably simplifies process of identification of failures and their tracking until complete elimination.
At the first inclusion the user will be able to configure all interfaces necessary for it and also to set the password for login which will protect all network from unauthorized penetration using the LDAP protocol.
