2020: Presentation of the readers HID Signo Reader 20 and 40, HID Signo Keypad Reader 20K and 40K

On March 5, 2020 the HID Global company announced start of the line of the readers HID Signo defining the industry standard for creation of adaptable, compatible and safe approach to access control. Readers considerably simplify deployment and system management, meet the advanced safety requirements of modern dynamic environments and provide to the organizations more intellectual, connected access control.

Universal, readers are compatible to more than twelve technologies of physical and mobile identification, allowing the organizations to use the technology selected by them and it is easy to pass to solutions at the speed, convenient for itself. All readers HID Signo include support of mobile devices, including to Enhanced Contactless Polling (ECP) technology from Apple, thereby providing access to Wallet Apple.

The readers HID are equipped with intellectual functions, such as automatic superficial detection which optimizes efficiency of range of reading depending on an installation site. For reliable work out of premises readers also have degree of protection of IP65 without additional laying and are equipped with the capacity touch keyboard steady against severe weather conditions.

The HID Signo model allows administrators to configure and carry out far off diagnostics of readers and also to control their status through an ecosystem of readers with centralized operation and connection. Besides, the configuration can be in addition optimized via the controller using the OSDP protocol (Open Supervised Device Protocol).
