2020: Automation of IT processes
On March 2, 2020 it became known that MMP-Informservice LLC (enters into group of PJSC MMK) completed the project on creation of a management system for corporate IT services. The implemented ITSM solution based on the Naumen Service Desk software product provides operational and high-quality request processing of users of the organizations of group of PJSC MMK.
Within the project of MMP-Informservice LLC automated the main IT processes of the company, including incident management, service requests and configuration IT units. Work with the interconnected service processes is carried out in a unified environment thanks to creation of the specialized portal and user directory of business services.
Creation of a single corporate system of management of IT – one of priority problems of increase in a maturity of IT processes and their adaptation to constantly growing requirements to efficiency and customer focus of IT. We successfully solved this problem, having implemented the modern, flexible, set-up and scalable solution expected heavy loads. There is a confidence that thanks to systems capabilities the controllability and transparency of providing IT services considerably will increase. With its help users will be able to interact more effectively with IT in the unified automated environment.
