Within the project accounting of a worked time and payroll for 7000 employees working in 17 workshops of oil and gas production was automated.
A common information space for the services which are responsible for work with personnel and financial divisions was as a result created. Implementation of specifics of business processes of the customer demanded creation of an original system of analytical accounting, the mechanism of detailed fixing of a worked time, including movements in crews and also development of functionality of work with finance documents in compensation and salary payments. Besides, the additional detailed tunings connected with territorial and production specifics of activity of the company were performed.
The implementation project passed in conditions of structural reorganization of the oil-extracting company connected with property right transition. At the moment a system is completely adapted to needs of specific users and the enterprises in general. The guide of the customer calculates that implementation of a personnel system will allow to optimize use of resources of the company and will promote job management quality improvement.
